Then and Now...

stupid movie but a fitting title.
Anyway I was putting some pictures together today to put on our corso forum (we are weird I know) and I realized that my dog is a certified monster now. Here is the pictorial proof:

when we first got Puzza she looked like this, all fluffy and non-threatening

now she is still non threatening unless you are Italian and in my yard/house. She has scared her fair share of maintenance personnel.

Puzza had a very special box when she first came to our house. She loved the confined feeling and was often found sleeping in it.

We had to throw it away

Speaking of sleeping on things, E.G. should recognize this, it's a couch cushion that turned into a dog bed (don't worry it was an extra cushion, the couch is still fully functional)

We are going to have to throw it away also.

Don't worry dog, we still love you.

9 steps to a successful nap

1) play cheerfully with daddy's stinky hockey equipment for at least 25 minutes...2) find a good crinkly book. 3) read it...4) become distracted by the flappy snappi...5) which is attached to a rather damp diaper. eww.6) debate whether or not a nap is in order...7) affirmative.8) now, please?9) mmm...much better. the best part? I did it all on my own!

Tim and Grasshopper*

Teach your children well,
lalala,
And feed them on your dreams
lalala.
. . . . . . .
And you, of tender years,
Can't know the fears that your elders grew by,
And so please help them with your youth,
They seek the truth before they can die.

*alternate titles abound :) Like, Tim joins Navy and loses hair. or, Tim documents that he used to have good hair. Or, EP wonders why Tim keeps showing him his hair. Or? I figure there will need to be a follow-up post of hairless Tim in the future. And, I'm really wondering if the youngsters are going to "get" the grasshopper reference.

Sisters

Selahimages.com, the photographer's website, has pictures of the wedding. You just click on the picture of Pat and Nora to open their album. It takes awhile on dialup to load but once it's loaded the pictures come up pretty fast.

Happy Father's Day to me.

Ok, not really but that would have been nice eh? Maybe in two years when I am not in a country with crazy rules about guns. Oh, wait I am coming back to NY.
