cherry eye and some cheerios

spectacular. shoulda gotten a mutt.

and, proof that I do actually present the boy with "real" food on occasion (cereal, noodles, cheerios, banana). I cannot be responsible for what happens to said food once it's on the tray, but for the record the bib was unnecessary and there was most definitely a sink involved shortly after these pictures were taken. click to enlarge to see the extent of slimeage. Child of Mine, indeed.

yuck on the eye...
awwww on the kid! ya know...I've heard those all natural-food based facials/body treatments are excellent for the skin - maybe it's no coincidence why babies are so soft, ha ha!

yeah, there was 1/2 cup left of those cheerios and they were stale, so dan wouldn't eat them (they're his, I wouldn't touch them...too much sugar) and so I threw a few on the boy's tray and the rest in the trash.

today was sweet potato and egg day. yum.

I remember those very lovely and messy days... *yum* And the eye... yikes. Is that a forever thing? (link wouldn't work)

well, it's gone now...comes when we go for our walk, and disappears overnight, so we're not 100% sure that it IS cherry eye after all. I'm talking to the vet today while I'm on base, and mr. waaz emailed our breeder, so we'll see.

Love to see that boy literally "into" his food! Soooo cute! So, how's the Puzzadog now? Is it really cherry eye or just a case of canine Marty-Feldman wannabe?

Awww....poor puppy!! He's turning into such a cutie (both of them!) We won't be moving until the second week in June, so we'll definitely be available for a visit. Just give us a call! =)

yay hooray!

yeah, it is cherry eye. Igor is making an appointment with his vet for us, so hopefully it will cost neither an arm nor a leg.
