The doc approved of my birth plan, all 4 pages of it (shh. I like words.), so that's good...
D still wants to buy another bike helmet just in case, and I'm inclined to let him. My cousin the doctor said she'd rip him limb from limb if he tried putting me on that bike during labor, and personally I'd love to see that :-D

the doc also said "wow, the head's right there," so I'm not giving up hope for early, despite my mother's remarks to the contrary.
Call this a very serious guesstimate but I'm thinking one and half weeks, give or take a few days.
