Taylor serial numbering system let you know exactly what day your guitar was made. Mine was made on the 21st of August, 2006. So it is now officially a one year old. The last three numbers of the serial represent the number made that day, so mine is the 38th guitar to roll off the line. Pretty cool huh? I think you should buy it a present. I did. a stand made out of ovangkal, which is the same wood that the guitar is made from. I don't know where it comes from but it looks cool.

So what did you buy for it? I think I should buy it a Jeep. I'll keep it here until it comes to NY for a visit and I'll give it a ride in the front seat!
