the story that he neglected to add to the pic: I was trying to say "let's call her neo-as in neopolitan (get it?)-but it came out "cosmo", which turns out is a great name for an italian kitten living with an american family in italy. she's kinda crazy, besides, so the kramer reference fits too ;-)
and tomorrow came twice, as my mother noted, because it took this long to get SC#2 to hold still for more than two seconds with no boy pulling her tail or dog licking fur/head-butting tummy. didn't last long, trust me.
How cute! Did you go out looking for a kitty on purpose, or did someone just drop this on your doorstep, so to speak? Cute name, anyway - Uncle B and Aunt V had a cat named Cosmo. Carpet match is good, too. I heard Lee carpets is introducing a line of carpet in dog colors - like Golden Retriever, or maybe Mottled Mutt Grey?
we're only keeping it while we're here, it's not coming home with us. We both kind of wanted a cat, and this one was available and free, so it worked out well.
she matches our carpet quite nicely I think.
