those are sort of like dandies, but not? did he get 1:1 or close? that's a lot of work to pick 27 little flowers :) his idea or yours? daisies are opening up on the prairie. maybe black eyed susans by the time you get home. dad bought 3 big old round bales of straw, ideal for future lasagna beds. maybe this summer you can set one up and cover crop it to be ready for next year? and P can plant posies all the way around it, for future bouquets!
