not my favorite timeline

5:00 p.m.: recover key from friendly neighbor, unlock the front door, general "welcome home" mayhem ensues.
7:00 p.m.: defrosted and reheated chili mac with a side of (freshly) scrambled eggs for dinner.
9:00 p.m.: mira falls asleep on the couch and is escorted upstairs.
10:oo p.m.: wild child falls asleep on the couch and is escorted upstairs. mr. waaz continues with the unpacking. dog acquires a mysterious limp, perhaps from slamming into walls in her excitement over having "her" people back.
12:oo a.m.: everyone is awake again. wide awake. mr. waaz contemplates sleep, but is unable to doze off. cheerios and milk and chunks of ham and sugar babies are consumed.
2:00 a.m.: mr. waaz brings down the newborn-3 month box of boy clothes so mira can sort them and add some adorable "new"clothes from a friend of a friend to the box. wild child lives up to the nickname by rediscovering the toys in the suitcases and throwing them at the cat/dog/shadow on the ground and laughing hysterically, pausing only to dance along to the music from daddy's guitar game.
5:00 a.m.: the boy falls asleep again, and the parents are quick to follow suit.

this post showed up thursday early evening in WNY. It is time dated 10:46pm, which makes no sense. This is what you call jet lag.
It is almost bedtime here. Tell Patrick. Pretty sure that will work.

also, do not put away 0-3 box. I have a few things for it.

~ siigggh ~ ... Transition back to routines isn't easy. Pastor & I were chatting yesterday - he sends his compliments (actually he fairly marvels) at how well you guys work this travel thing together. Says you've already had more adventures than most do in a lifetime! Anyway, back to routines here - sure is quiet. Oaf-dog is depressed since all of his lively company is gone. Z is spending wkend in Houghton for his play & A is going to see it tonite w/church YG, so we're MT Nesters! (for one evening anyway)
